Lucky in Love

You know the expression "If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life"?  I never fully understood that, until I became a photographer.

Every day I get to do what I love.  In the 2+ years I have been running my photography business "Love is All you Need Photography, LLC", I have never taken a single day for granted.  I know what it means to have a small place in the vast industry.  I have always been in love with photography, every aspect of it.  But it wasn't until I took that leap of faith and made a career of it, that I got to know my passion for it.  Photography is literally everything to me, I eat sleep and breath it, I live for it.  Now, to me, going for a walk in the park isn't just that, its scouting a new photo shoot location.  Seasons changing in all their beauty, is noting the best times of year and times of day for picture taking.  Seeing peoples interactions in everyday life is thinking "that would make such a cute picture!"  It is literally all I think about!  When I'm not shooting, I am thinking about shooting, and when I'm not thinking about shooting, I'm editing!  It's a beautiful never ending process that I absolutely cherish.

I am so lucky to be in love with my career.  It is 100% fulfilling and rewarding.  I am so grateful for all the wonderful people I have met in the past few years.  They let me into their lives, give me a glimpse of their family, and trust me to capture beautiful moments for them.  Working with people, making them laugh and smile, it's what I love!  I will do just about anything to get the shot, including making funny faces and noises to make a baby or little kid smile!  Photographers have no insecurities when it comes to that, we just do what we have to do!

Thats just a little about me, loving what I do.  Capturing special and unique moments for people is an absolute honor, and one I hope to have for a long, long time!

Are you Lucky in Love too?  I would love to hear about it!
